  • Mixture of Juice from the Boiled leaf of Malabar nut and egg’s white part will reduce your cough.
  • Powder of cumin and dried ginger with sugar will give relief from cough.
  • Have the mixture of mustard paste and honey for good relief from cough.
  • Drinking mixture of basil juice, ajwain juice and honey early in the morning helps in cough relief.
  • If you are a victim of urinary infection than you got to take a pinch of cardamom power along with a glass of water.
  • Consuming a mixture of honey and lemon juice will help you a lot during cold.
  • Eat mostly plants. Have meat as a side dish instead of the main dish. Eating a lot of vegetables really helps.
  • Always try to walk some distance every day. Walking is an exercise and it will have a positive impact in our health.

  • Body weight is also a vital key for good health. So, you have to take care of your body weight and maintain it.
  • Get a regular exercise. Exercise is very important for you physical and mental health. Exercise helps to maintain your body.
  • Wanna get away from mosquito? Stay indoors at dawn and dusk which are the most active times for mosquitoes.
  • Wearing a long  sleeved shirts and pants will help protect your skin from bites.
  • You can also use insect repellant to skin, clothing, shoes and tents.
  • Check frequented areas for insect nests and hives and be sure to stay away from mosquito.
  • Some study suggests that people with some eczema who drink oolong tea 3 times a day might show some improvement in itching and other symptoms. A compounds called polyphenols present in oolong tea appear to be responsible.
  • Rubbing peppermint oil, Tiger Balm, or white flower oil into your temples will help eliminate the headache and tension. All of the above medicine contain menthol, which has some analgesic properties.
  • Bananas, cantaloupe, and oranges will help in reducing risk of high blood pressure.
  • Avoid products with formaldehyde-containing polishes and acetone-filled removers for good healthy nails.
  • If you suffer from headache regularly, one cause may be dehydration. So, drink plenty of water and fluids.
  • Drink Peppermint tea to improve bile flow but avoid it if you have an acid reflux.
  • Take some honey if you have some cough. Honey will help decrease the coughing.
  • Mix a tea spoon of honey with half a slice of lemon in a glass of water and drink every day. This will help you burn your fat and helps in weight loss.

    Who wants not lead a healthier life? Obviously everyone. Most important part of our healthier living is healthy food. I think naturals are always better than other. So, I like to be stick with any type of natural food not only milk. I believe the most important part of our healthier living is healthier food.

    Excellent health tips. I completely agree that stress is really harmful for health and should be avoided at any cost. There are lots of ways to reduce and manage stress and it the key for good health. • Eating a lot of vegetables is really good for health and I would also like to add that one should drink plenty of water too.

    Thanks for sharing such wonderful herbal tips. I have been searching for natural remedies for cough on the internet & found your article really helpful. I think I am going to try the powder of cumin and dried ginger with sugar to get some relief from cough.
