These tips and tricks will work for most of the Nokia Mobile sets but however it is not guaranteed that it will work for all. So, here are some tips and tricks:
- Press *3370# to activate EFR (enhanced Full rate codec) which will increase your sound quality.
- Press #3370# to deactivate EFR (enhanced Full rate codec)
- Press *#0000# to display details of your software version. You will see 3 lines of information. 1st line is software version, second line is Software release date and the third line is compression type.
- If *#0000# doesn’t work than you can try *#9999# to see your phone software version.
- Press *#147# to see who called you last. (works in Vodafone)
- Press *#21# to check the numbers that all calls are diverted to.
- Press *#2640# to display security code in use.
- Press *#67705646# to removes operator logo on Nokia 3310 & Nokia 3330
- Press *#73# to reset phone timers and game scores.
- Press *#7780# to restore factory default settings.
- 12345 is the default security code.
- Press **21*number# to turn on “All Calls” diverting to the phone number entered.
- Press **61*number# to turn on “No Reply” diverting to the phone number entered.
- Press **67*number# to turn on “On Busy” diverting to the phone number entered.
- Press *#7760# to see Manufactures code.
- Press *#2820# for Bluetooth (BT) device address. (for BT enabled devices)
- Press *#06# for checking the International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI Number).
