Rio wins the 2016 Olympic

Rio de Janeiro is now celebrating the winning of 2016 Olympic venue. Rio citizens are celebrating and are in a happy mood of winning the 2016 Olympic game. Nearly 50,000 people gathered at the beach to witness this moment. The crowd just erupted when International Olympic Committee President Jacques Rogge announced “Rio de Janerio” as the winner in Copenhagen.

President of Brazil Luiz Inacio Lula de Silva and star footballer of Brazil Pele celebrated this moment in Denmark. Brazilian president Luiz Inacio Lula de Silva said “I confess to you if I die right now my life would have been worth it,” Silva also said. “No one can now doubt the strength of Brazil’s economy, its social greatness, and our ability to present a plan.” He further added “This is a day to commemorate because Brazil has left its status of a second-class nation. Today we’re getting the respect that Brazil has been deserving.”

Brazil purposed $14.4 billion as the budget for the Olympic parks highest of all four finalists. They will spend this amount in building Olympic  park and venue and strengthening their security. Winning the Olympic game is a huge bonus for Brazil because along with the game comes Billions of Dollars in Tourism.

Brazil now faces a huge challenge to host the Olympic games. Brazil has been a place for very notorious violence. This issue has been the main concern in awarding the Olympic for International Olympic Council. Now Brazilian have to ensure that the necessary security arrangement be made for this 2016 Olympic games.
